This function block allows sending notifications to a Syslog server.
The Syslog Server is a central point that receives the error messages and/or warning from the various hardware and software devices on a network (routers, switches, servers, printers, etc ...) to allow centralized control of all devices
Available with activation at MID or DID level.
The Syslog server, for each notification, may perform several operations: Ignore the message, View it in the monitoring program, Send it to another Syslog server, Emitting an alarm sound, run a program, send an e-mail, Save the message into a database (eg MySQL), Save the message in a logfile, run a script, etc…
