SlimLine - IEC61131-3 High connectivity progrogammable controllersAnalog I/O expansion Module

The SlimLine's Analog I/O expansion module allows the acquisition of up to 10 Analog I/Os through its I2C™ High-Speed bus aside of the SlimLine CPUs.

The module is available in different I/O configurations in order to satisfy the Customer needs at competitive cost. All versions are equipped with ARM Cortex M0 microprocessors and may be provide of:

  • High resolution differential Front-end analog input,
  • Voltage/Current 12bit analog output,
  • RS232 COM port,
  • Auxiliary field-bus RS485,
  • Galvanic insulation from system.

System status indication by LED.

The module is engineered in a compact self-extinguishing UL94 V-0 PC/ABS enclosure; it is directly grafted onto DIN rails according to the standards EN50022/IEC60715.

To connect the extension modules to the CPU, it needs to use the proper bus extension cables (Code CBL074**00) to be ordered separately. Up to 16 modules can be connected to the CPU module.

The I/O's connections are made through extractable TB for an easier maintenance.

Applications
The low power consumption and the wide operating temperature, make the product suitable for applications in industrial and automotive fields, and, generally whereas a battery power source is requested, such as the Remote stations (RTUs).
